every custom order is exactly that; custom. the price range vary from order to order, however we work with any budget! don't be afraid to reach out. the process is complicated to explain, but easy to carry out. reach out to us with your idea, what kind of scent or vibe you're looking for with the candles, and we'll go from there. afterwards, we can discuss the vessel you'd like, whether it be our recycled fish tins, our tin cans our original scents are in, or if you'd like something different, we can talk about that as well! connected with the vessels is sizing. Prices will vary depending on the amount of candle you'd like, but our fish tin scents come in 4/5oz, and our original tins come in 4 and 8oz variaties. want more than that? we can figure that out. second, we'll talk about the labelling. we have stock options where the text can be changed, but for a small extra fee, we can create a custom label for your custom candle. whether it's colourful or black and white, we can make just about anything work. lastly, we'll talk about packaging. are these candles a gift? a surprise? let us know and we can organize a special packaging. if not, we'll just send them with the labels in our usual shipping box with a printed invoice. (if you would prefer only an emailed invoice, tell us!)

since this is a pretty complicated process, there will be a non-refundable deposit fee that will be tacked off the final total. this deposit is subject to change regarding the size and complexity of the order, but as said before, we can work with any budget. all planning is free, but production won't start until a deposit is paid. once the product is in your hands or ready to go on it's way to you, the remaining cost will be sent, and your package will be shipped once we've recieved final payment.
